Description:Cresswell Railway Station stood on the Stoke-on-Trent to Uttoxeter branch of the North Staffordshire Railway and opened in 1848. The station closed on 7th November 1966 and was demolished except for the signal box. The signal box was demolished when the crossing was automated in the late 1980s.
