Description:This refreshment chalet and the nearby landing stage were built by the North Staffordshire Railway Company, and was leased to John Hall. He started hiring boats and running motor launch trips around Rudyard Lake in spring 1906 and remained in business until 1939. The pavilion burnt down in the late 1920s.
