Description:These lodge houses were designed by the architect Samuel Wyatt and built in 1803-5.

In 1845 they were moved to make way for the Stafford-Rugeley railway line.

This aerial view was taken from a balloon. Shugborough Park lies to the top (north-west) of the picture.
